Refund Policy.

Due to health & safety concearns, we cannot accept any returns on balms and skincare.
Change of mind refunds will not be given, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

If you believe you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us, and we will remedy the issue as soon as possible. If your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos, so that we can lodge a claim with the courier company if you request. Again, please be aware that once the parcel is out of our hands it is the responsibility of the courier service to deliver in good condition.

Missing/Damaged Product.
If you believe you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us, and we will investigate and remedy the issue as soon as possible.
If your item arrives majorly damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos, so that we can lodge a claim with the courier company if you request.
Again, please be aware that once the parcel is out of our hands it is the responsibility of the courier service to deliver in as good condition.
If your product is missing, please first double check around the property and with your neighbours. If this cannot be found, please contact us at kiaoratearamaori@gmail.com, and we will try to track the item through our shipping provider.
